so i got to hour 53, and i was done. last night, my roomate ordered my favorite pizza, and had some saved for me. i fought it for a while, but i gave in. going from that, to eating soup and a salad today. i'm going to keep a restriction but not super tight. my main goal is to get my bmi down to 25 (or lower) before i go home in late september/october. i'm already thinking about a hot halloween costume too! i really think ahead too far.
